Abbey Fellowship, British School at Rome

The formal end of my residency was an open studio event which took place in early December and in which I cleared my studio, creating a white-walled space, allowing me to see my artworks as a cohesive body of work with fresh eyes.

I was awarded the Jules de Goede award which funded a trip to the city of Rovereto in the northern Trentino region.

In my Rome studio, I was visited by Angelica Bollettinari, Executive Manager and Public Program Coordinator of CASTRO Projects: an experimental artists’ learning program in Rome.
