Open Studios at BSR: 5th – 7th December 2023

The formal end of my residency was an open studio event which took place in early December and in which I cleared my studio, creating a white-walled space, allowing me to see my artworks as a cohesive body of work with fresh eyes. Thanks to a diverse and varied group of visitors which ranged from MFA students at one of the city’s art colleges to Rome-based curators, to London-based painter and British School at Rome alumnus Daniel Sturgis, I was able to gain insightful feedback.
