End of residency exhibition at St Barnabas, Dalston. A group show with the three other resident artists: Corrine Chan, Oliver Cottam and Zannah Cooper. An accompanying text was produced for this exhibition, including an essay by Morphē’s Sarah White and three pieces of my writing which accompanied my three large-scale paintings. The three chapters: Piscines et Vous; How to Have Bare Buttocks in the Saarland and Jesus Christ, Son of God, Have Mercy on me: a Sinner, were based on experiences I suffered during an ill-fated cycle across Europe in the summer of 2023 as part of that year’s Transcontinental Race. A copy of these texts can be emailed as a PDF or sent via post: please get in touch if you are interested in reading further.
